This is an alternative option to buying a Shepherds hut outright and allows you to pay a fixed monthly payment over a five-year term. It’s a sensible, cost-effective way to invest and generate rental income.

  • Deposit £5,000.00 plus vat
  • 60 Monthly payments of £998.00 plus vat
  • End of term balloon payment of £18,000 plus vat (at the appropriate rate) or the option to exchange for a new hut.

It depends on the requirements of your hut. However, our 20ft B&B Hut, ‘The Herdsman’ comes fully equipped and ready to use. All that would be left of you to do is to connect the water supply and waste pipe, and plug in the electricity supply.

Our huts are built on a steel chassis with a tow eye, enabling you to freely move it around.

Every shepherd hut we supply comes with a full one year warranty.

Yes, as we build our own chassis we can accommodate any size.
