It’s been a particularly exciting time for Greendown Shepherd Huts. As a family run business, we’ve taken our long running passion for crafting to new heights with a new site, new production lines and a brand new display of our skilfully hand-built huts.

But this is, of course, just the beginning. We’ve set our sights on spreading the joy of hut living throughout the UK, Europe and even a little further afield, and have many other developments to share with you as our business expands with the same bespoke, luxury, environmentally conscious vision it has always had…

Welcome to our new site

Greendown Shepherd Huts found a new home this year, a location that has given us the space to truly realise our potential. Our new site at Zeal Green Business Park in Somerset delivers the opportunity to put more huts than ever on display as well as incorporate two new production lines to craft the spaces our customers need to unlock all the joy and convenience of being a proud shepherd hut owner.

Handcrafted from European Oak, with every nook and cranny shaped on site, our huts have made quite the stir. We are hoping that the new site, new production lines and new display of four huts will help us meet the increasing demand.

The only hut builders to offer leasing

It’s not just our site that is growing, our services have expanded too. We have more sales and leasing options than ever for our customers to explore.

If you don’t have the capital to buy one of our huts, you can lease our handcrafted accommodation to create your own glamping site affordably. In fact, we’re the only hut builders in the UK to offer this option!

Simply pay a deposit and confirm your 60-month term payment plan to pave the way to impressive profits. We’ll also work with you from the very beginning to design a hut that is bespoke to your brand. Once the lease term is up, you can choose to purchase the huts at a 50% reduction, exchange for new models, or hand them back.

Our talented team is growing too

With more services on offer, it should come as no surprise that our team is growing. With a recruitment drive to meet demand, there are new jobs for sales people, painters, carpenters (first fix and second fix), and bench joiners.
